Rules & Guidelines

• Entry into the Beach Club with outside food or drinks is not permitted.

• To ensure your comfort at La Playita, reservations must be made in advance.
• To guarantee your reservation during weekends, we suggest that you cover the total of your reservation.

NOTE: Once payment has been made due to administrative policies, no refunds are made. If you had an unforeseen event and need to reschedule your visit, you can do so up to 48 hours in advance. If you do not show up on the day of your reservation, you will not be able to request a refund or reschedule. 

• Children are not allowed in the adult area. For reservations with children, the designated area will be the Family Area

• Access to the children's pool is for children under 12 years of age and their parents.
• The maximum number of children allowed per day for the children's pool is 10 children. If you come without a reservation, access to the place is not guaranteed.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Babies and children who still use diapers and wish to enter the pool must do so with special swimming diapers. 

• All animal visitors must be properly trained and kept out of sandy areas, always on a leash. The owner will be responsible for bringing bags to collect his waste and depositing it in the appropriate containers, as well as for cleaning or assuming the costs in the event of an incident. 

The natural pool has a depth of more than 2 meters in certain areas. Avoid accessing them if you don't know how to swim.

• Access to the natural pool is for people over 12 years old.
• To preserve the tranquility of the space, please refrain from excessive splashing.
• The Property does not have a lifeguard. You can swim at your own risk.

• Access to the jacuzzi is for adults (over 18 years old). Always respecting the peace and tranquility of the environment.

• Please take care of the objects we lend you, everything that La Playita offers you is so that you and other visitors can enjoy the activities.
• It is necessary to leave identification as a guarantee to be able to use any object that we lend you.

​​NOTE: If a paddle board paddle is lost, a replacement fee of $800 pesos will be charged.

• Oars or any other object will only be loaned to minors who are accompanied by an adult.
• Allow other people also have fun. If you are not using the things from the activities and games, please RETURN THEM.

• The use or consumption of any type of drugs or illegal substances is prohibited.
• Outdoor and indoor areas are smoke-free. We have a specific smoking area located 50 meters away.
